Volunteer Requirements

Thank you for wanting to be a part of our Volunteer Festival Staff!

We appreciate your support of the Evolve Music & Yoga Festival. A little bit of your sincere help will really go a long way.  Your help and hard work will be an essential part in producing an environmentally responsible weekend of music, art, yoga and education.

As a volunteer staff member, you will assist in a variety of behind the scenes tasks that include cleaning up (composting, recycling, litter removal, & minimizing festival waste), parking vehicles, providing hospitality services, and contributing to the overall happiness and wholeness of Evolve Music & Yoga Festival.

• Work 20 hours to be on the Weekend Volunteer Staff with access to the entire 4 days of the Festival. You can buy a weekend camping pass online from the paypal link above before Sept. 3 and you will be reimbursed in cash upon completion of your duties.
  

• Work 4 hours to be on the Day Volunteer Staff with access for one day of the Festival. $35 must be left with the Volunteer Coordinator upon entering festival- this deposit will be returned upon the completion of your duties.
  

• Once you've gone to paypal (link in tickets section) and your deposit is received, you will be placed on the master volunteer list and we will be in communication with you with further details.

4 Day CAMPING PASS - $125

DAY PASS -  $35 Note: Day passes expire at 10pm and do not include camping or late night music.

FREE- Children 12 and under and Adults 65 and up. People with special needs or developmentally disabled.

TEEN SPECIAL- Pay your age for a day pass- ID req'd. Regular camping pass rates apply to teen campers.

*ATTN*-Day passes are good until 10pm. Late nite music is reserved for campers only. There will be no admittance to the late-nite stage without a valid camping wristband or a late night music wristband. A night music pass may be purchased at gate for $25.

In an effort to reduce paper waste, all early-bird camping passes and day passes purchased online will place purchaser on a will call list- just state your name and show ID at the box office. If you wish, you may also print out and bring your paypal receipt to present at gate. The Box Office will have a master list of names and of all paypal transactions, including yours.

All types of tickets (day, night, weekend, camping) can be bought at the box office upon arrival.
