-All fees are based on a per diem rate

 -All vendors must provide their own pop-up Tent AND Table

-If electricity is required, Vendor must bring along at least 1- 50 ft. extension cord along with a multi-tap cord (multi-outlets)

Large Food Vendors- $1000 per day (multi-item food and beverage menu)

Small Food Vendors- $250 per day (single specialty food item- ie. Coffee, Ice Cream, Lemonade, Funnel cake)

Large Craft Vendors $150 per day (multi-item display and/or high-ticket wares such as high-end art, gemstone jewelry and musical instruments)

Small Craft Vendors $75 per day (single speciality item- ie. Hula-hoops, tie-dye shirts, inexpensive jewelry and wirewraps, books)

FESTIVAL VENDOR RULES AGREEMENT  

   
-Vendor space is 12x12 and includes electricity. Add'l cords, lighting, outlets, chairs, tables and a pop-up tent will be provided by the Vendor

-Vendors must pay specified vending fee and additionally purchase a festival pass for each person (beyond the first 2) who will be working a table. (tix online at www.evolvefest.org- discounted through 5/31)

-It is agreed that 1 vehicle will be allowed at the vendor space.

-Vendor shall staff space and vend: (Recommended) from 3pm to 10pm on Fri. Sept 3rd /from 10am to 10pm on Sat. Sept. 4th /from 10am to 10pm on Sun. Sept. 5th/ from 10am to 6pm on Mon. Sept. 6th

-It is understood that the festival shall commence at 6pm Fri. Sept 3rd and end at 8pm Mon. Sept. 6th

-Vendor must load in and set up between 12-3pm on Fri. Sept. 3 and must close down  between 6pm and 8pm Mon. 6th.

-Vendor may not use toxic substances nor open fire in their vending.

-Vendor and vendor’s staff must wear I.D. at all times while on the site.

-Vendor may not drive vehicles in concert area vending during performance times.

-Vendor must drive at a maximum speed of 10 mph and where there is pedestrian traffic,  not exceed 5 mph.

-No smoking is allowed in the vendor space.

-Vendor will have access to their vendor space 24 hours/ day.

-No animals allowed on premises.

-Vendor agrees to abide by all local, state and federal laws pertaining to their sales of goods at the event.

-It is agreed that vendor is responsible for paying all local, state and federal taxes.

-It is agreed that vendor is responsible for providing all insurance coverage needs required by the county.

-It is agreed that there are no refunds under any circumstances.

-Presenter reserves the right to refuse entrance to anyone at any time and eject anyone at any time for poor behavior.
